Uncaged Adventure 2015

Hi dancers!

We have started planning for our annual Uncaged Adventure to Panama, Central America and we want you to go with us!!

The past two summers have been a blast. We've partnered with the local studios for workshops, performed in schools, and made many new friends + lasting memories (click here for stories). This year, we want to expand our team.

We are looking for servant hearted, others-centered, professional level dancers who want to use their skills and art for the greater good while joining their smaller story with a BIG one.
 • must have a strong ballet base
 • some contemporary/modern experience required
 • choreographic and teaching experience is recommended
 • strong artistry/performance quality
 • must be 18 by June 1st, 2015

Here's the gameplan:
Preceding the adventure, artists come together for a week of training (June 1-7) in which they will:
 • prepare spiritually for the two weeks ahead
 • learn rep
 • teach/take class from each other
 • develop curriculum for workshops
 • develop confidence in the freedom of their identity as an artist

During the adventure (June 8-21) dancers will:
 • perform Bluebird rep at festivals and other venues
 • take class, perform, and collaborate with local artists
 • teach workshop classes
 • serve/love on the local community

Dates: June 1-21, 2015

Cost: $2000–includes accommodations for entire 3 wks, most meals, and airfare to/from Panama (you will have to get to Atlanta and back home)

PS- for those of you who don't plie, pas de chat and pirouette everyday (or aren't quite old enough to go), we would love for you to partner with us in prayer. Particularly right now in the planning stages for details in logistics, resources, & the perfect team to come together. Thanks for cheering us on!
